All sales are final unless, in the unlikely event the item is damaged in shipping or you are mis-shipped the wrong item. please email us at msfashionoverstock@gmail.com within Three (3) days of receiving the item/items. Buyer must obtain a return authorization number from the seller. Buyer is responsible for first class return shipping expenses. Item must be returned with all original tags and wrappings and must be returned in its original condition without additional damage, stains, or wearage. Upon inspection and approval of the received item, a refund for the original purchase price and shipping will be issued by the original form of payment. A check will then be sent to the shipping address for the first class postage of the return shipping that was paid by the customer. We strive to make sure all our customers are satisfied and appreciate the opportunity to rectify any concerns.
